Iasi has projects in development and accept cooperation with other organizations to meet its end.

 Now  is in development, a project with financing of COCHS of CNPq on:

1 - THE SEMANTIC COMPRESSION IN THE STOCKS OF INFORMATION

The study of the transmutation of the information starting from  its formation in the author's mind and the subsequent edition as a  information representation.

 We considered that it exists in this passage, the formation of a new nature of the thing , that is drawn through mutations,  from the author’s thinking process resulting   in the an edited  information  form.

The language of mental creation differs of the language in which the information is edited in its physical base. After the mental elaboration of the narrative idealized by the author it flows to an information format which is placed in a linguistic code.

 When this language of edition  is used, there are  morphologic, syntactic and  semantics characteristic that make   possible the   study of general rules and processes.

If demonstrated the consistence of the affirmatives above placed we would have three important applications for this research:

a) The construction of an administration model for stocks of information, that allows its partition in different quality zones,  based in the relevance and priority by the singularity of the documents with information content;

b) Development of  studies and  a knowledge front of research in this field;  and  construction of tools for analysis of the text, allowing to a development of automated agents for searching information  in Portuguese and in natural language;

c) Intelligent agents development for use in environments of strategic decision base in informational analysis;

d) Construction of a theoretical and conceptual research framework  that  explains the practices of  computational analysis of Portuguese as  a natural language;

We believe that studying how the information enters and   flows in a  information system,  we may disseminate it with the  intention to access an specific user.
